Gradual withdrawl retain a "security perimeter" for unlimited time
If Hamas rejects plan, the "Israel will finish the job by itself - easy or hard way.

Some reforms not so bad ....
Gaza administered by those committed to genuine peace with Israel .....
Looking for "moderation."
But what does that mean?

What about rebuilding Gaza?
