6. If it's not being paid for with government money...

...or if it's government money from FY25 (which it would have to be), then yeah, they'll keep working.

All of the contractors at my former agency are still working, while all but the most essential government have been sent home, because most of the contracts were funded through at least January with FY25 funds.
