Exception is Fetterman, who needs to go for other reasons, but he is not up for re-election for awhile. Perhaps he could step down for health reasons if it looks like a strong blue wave next year. He clearly does have health issues, and if worked just right, perhaps he could be convinced. (or does he need to be there 5 years for the pension to kick in? sigh.)
