It is clear now from the reporting that [View all]

Jack Smith said he had evidence and proof of crimes "beyond a reasonable doubt". It is also clear "beyond a reasonable doubt" that is precisely why "I Lean" Cannon has sat on the Jack Smith report and done everything possible to keep that report and evidence from being seen. Also clear is why the GQP doesn't want Jack to testify publicly. I believe they will try to order everything destroyed much like the courts ordered in the Scott Walker case in Wisconsin. Basically the court was saying, regarding Wisconsin/Walker, all of the collusion was actually free speech protected by the 1st Amendment and so releasing that material after the case was thrown out would be improper to the rights of the people investigated.

So the bottom line was the court saying "Free and brave enough to speak the words but too cowardly for voters to hear the words." So years of investigative work and clear proof of collusion, illegal coordination, misuse of taxpayer provided resources etc. all went down the drain.
