Can you clarify what you're talking about? That device is for TVs controlled by IR. Most TVs have an IR receiver and can be controlled that way. For TVs controlled with Bluetooth you can likely just directly use almost any smartphone and connect that way. No need to buy anything since almost all smartphones have Bluetooth. By "Bluetooth devices" do you mean TVs controlled with Bluetooth or something else?
