that could very well happen, either that or they'll be 4 to a bed at a No Tell Moeel because the owner is thrilled to rent rooms for whole weeks instead of by the hour----cuts down on laundry.

Besides, if they want to put the Gestapo into tent cities, they'll have to clean out the homeless people from all the prime spots. And yes, the homeless are the most likely target for them next. There is always a "next" for fascists.
