The NGA is having an annual event in DC on February 19-21. That event is still happening. Traditionally, part of that event is a meeting between the all the Governors and the President. That traditional meeting has been removed from the agenda for the NGA meeting. The rest of the NGA meeting will still take place.

The NGA is scheduled to meet in Washington from Feb. 19-21.

His statement says nothing about about Republican governors still meeting Trump.
