Saturday

All of the House seats are up, and 33 Senate (and 2 special elections) are up. So since elections are run by the states, no blue state is going to go along with your hypothetical. So if red states did, they would have very few House seats, and lose 19 Senators automatically. Which even without doing the math, puts us in control of both houses of Congress. So no, red states won't be going along with that.
