Doesn't believe he's entitled to Black voter's votes in Texas - it's all good.

Remember - there was voter suppression yesterday. They are not going to allow all eligible Black voters to vote. . .and if they do allow us to vote? There's no guarantee they will actually count these votes.

Asking Black folks in Texas to vote is a fool's errand. He has to win with white Christian voters. That's who Texas allows to vote.
