Didn't intend to hijack the thread but just hoped explaining how I've been, well...bombarded with signs, really, from both people and pets over the years might offer the OP some comfort during what is SUCH a horrible time. Our family is going through the pet loss nightmare right now too and I empathize with him so very much.
