Despite being the most lawless administration in history, Trump 2.0 has been stalled, stymied or restrained numerous times:
No troops deployed in Chicago or Portland - by court order
Kilmer Garcia free and back on US soil - by court order
Liam Ramos and his father free and back home in Minneapolis- by court order
1000+ VOA employees reinstated in their jobs after being cut by the DOGEbros - by court order
RFKjrs changes to vaccine protocols blocked - by court order.
And of course, every Executive Order regarding limits on voting rights has been ignored by the states.
These are some of the best known examples, but there are many more.
