Sometimes we feel compelled to give a benefit of a doubt, particularly for mental defect, but that’s clearly necessary in this case. Both his mental deficiency and outright shit-headedness are DEPLORABLE and should be condemned to the shit-hole of History, NEVER to be repeated.
