But, out of curiosity, what do you think the vote will be in the case? I'm predicting 8-1 on the outcome, but with concurring opinions offering different rationales for the result. Outside chance of it being 7-2 with Alito and Thomas dissenting, or 9-0 with Alito and Thomas offering very narrow grounds for decision.
