48. One year ago today was "Liberation Day" Trump's tariffs - today, bloodletting

He’s lashing out.

Polls are at “last people at the party” level.
The numbers (economy) are in the tank.
He fired AG Pamela Jo (there’s thankfully only been one Roy Cohn)
Hegseth fired the old school Army Chief of Staff Gen. Randy George.
—- both will likely be primary scapegoats in specific Trump failures.
He gave a Its all too much completely out of touch rant about daycare vs. war yesterday.
He had 4 legal losses this week

Aaaand he probably personally witnessed another pillar of his 2nd term (with tariffs) crumble yesterday.

It’s not funny. He’s not cornered but it’s coming from all directions including, he knows, the sky falling in….and that scary.
