His messages are one-note signals to his base. He always pushes old-fashioned American exceptionalism. His followers love Trump's reassurance that "America" was "won" by strong, fearless white men directed by Killer Jesus (not the Jesus in the Bible - that Jesus is a Communist) to eradicate the "Red Man" and use enslaved Black people to build wealth and power. The strong fearless white men are assisted in this endeavor by their horses, dogs, and wives (in that order of priority).
Liberals have weakened this Great Country by emasculating white men and promoting women and people of "other races" into positions of power they weren't made by God to handle. God, in the guise of Killer Jesus, is unhappy.
Trump is Our Great Nation's last, best hope to restore the Natural Order of Things. A lot of people are going to have to die to save Our Nation but their sacrifices will be worth it to the white men like Pete Hegseth who take over.
Whenever Trump feels sad or scared (which is most of the time lately) he fires off another installment of this White Male Supremacist fantasy and basks in the positive feedback of millions of Americans who want to believe this shit because it makes them feel less sad and scared.
Specifically, this message calls upon a 1960s TV show about a fictionalized American hero that Trump probably watched while stuffing his face as a teenager. The reference to Jasmine Crockett is, as others here have suggested, a hint that she is descended from a rapist and an enslaved woman. That's a fantasy that the Epstein documents reveal that Trump really, really likes.
