He treats our treasury like it's his own personal bank account. Of course, if it was his own personal bank account, he wouldn't spend a dime of it. He just likes to waste other peoples' money.

You're not supposed to hate anybody and I've never hated anyone that didn't personally wrong me, but I hate that miserable excuse for a human being more every single day. He disgusts me.
