They haven't given depositions yet, have they? I'm pretty sure the lawyers don't want Melania to swear an oath to "tell the truth." I'm not implying that she would deliberately lie in discovery, but she would most likely say stuff that they must keep hidden. They'll never let it get to that because Chump's lawyers KNOW how guilty he REALLY IS.
