You, Rick Wilson and Steve Schmidt, among others, are doing a commendable Dr. Frankenstein imitation, but don't forget, you all created the environment ripe for exactly this. Economic policies that took us back to the Gilded Age. The politics of scapegoating so many Americans lose sight of who the real economic culprits are. And an unholy alliance with a bunch of religious nutters who are so far out there even Margret Atwood couldn't imagine them. If you want to see the source of all this stupidity, look in the goddamn mirror. We've been warning you for those same 50 years!
