It was obviously staged. My thought was about what PR point they were trying to make, as my takeaway was how horrifying (yes, actually horrifying) it is that an old grandma has to take a lousy, low-paying job to allow her to pay insurance premiums and medical bills for her husband who has cancer. Yay 'Merica?
