Why? Because even for this idgit pres, security around the white house is pretty tight, and somebody doing deliveries to the white house would have to be vetted. My understanding is that he usually sends one of his security detail out to pick up his order.

While I get the message the meme is trying to send, I suspect it is either photoshopped or AI generated.
