We are aware of individuals that might be a threat but we don't have enough evidence to do anything to prevent it.
No one wants to make false allegations and if they are not false we fear retribution or alienation from friends and family.
No one wants to talk openly on how much of this goes on in our society. It's a secret we are all keeping.
Our youth both male and female needs to be educated on abuse...what it is and signs to recognize. There are many degrees of abusive behavior some behaviors have been accepted and condoned by society at large.
