12. We are having the same problem in Alberta, Canada

Our illustrious Premier is trying to partner with Kevin O'Leary (yes that Kevin O'Leary) to build a large data centre in Alberta that will require gross amounts of water and enough electricity that is more than double our entire province. We are one of the few provinces that gets our energy from gas, not hydro or other green energies. So not only would it take our water, it will need massive amounts of gas to run it. That would kill Canada's clean energy title. She is also trying to do it without an provincial or federal environmental study, claiming the company has done a study. She is just the worst, and I truly hope our federal government steps in and shuts this idiocy down.
