He just lays out the best case scenario we'd have if he weren't corrupt, incompetent and ignorant. He doesn't care about what actually happens because he''s too busy thinking about golf, his next Big Mac, his ballroom, and his arch. Oh, and building a wrestling arena at the White House. Can''t forget that.
