37. There were some old men in the south side Chicago neighborhood I grew up in.

Their eyes looked puffy just like Dump's eyes. They were heavy drinkers yet Dump claims not to imbibe. What the heck makes his eyes so puffy and swollen? Certainly not from shedding tears for his country or fellow man.
Seriously - are there meds that do that? He really looks like shit.
