his Stephen Miller -- Roy Cohn -- duped the conservatives. McCarthy lied like djt does. Joe even lied about being a WWII hero, which, at that time, carried political gravitas.

Broadcast and print media finally broke through to the public, which influenced Congress, and the tide began to turn. Similarly, it will take we the people to stuff Trump's BS down his own throat by refusing to support all Repugs.
