They are those who love inflicting pain because that's what they believe, that loving is to hurt others. I know it's twisted, but they are sick individuals. Every day is opposite day with a psychopath. We need to learn how to identify them and avoid them like the plague.

17. Distorted sense of the consequences of their actions
18. Total failure to accept any responsibility for their own socially irresponsible ways
19. Strong bellef that they will never be brought to justice for their criminal behavior
