As far as I am concerned, we need to force him and his companies to clean it all up. Any one who was in on the deals that this regime has made should also be held accountable for insider business practices and illegal manipulations of the markets. (Hey, they love to complain about this all the time anyway, so use it against them.)

Also, we need to let him know that everything has to be put back just like it was, or even more time will be added to his life sentence. (He won't understand what that means, but adding any kind of punishment will just set him off even more.)
