29. Republicans will use veterans and troops as a political football

They will pressure the public to support of war of the Republican's choice and under Bush anyways they would lecture anti-war protestors to "support our troops" and had yellow ribbons but after they come back they don't care including the Republicans. I wasn't alive yet during the Vietnam war but in my experience as a veteran Republicans will use troops as a political football if they're pushing for war but don't do much for them after they come back.
