... This is to cut off alternate routes to the Kerch Bridge, which seems to me Ukraine is leaving up to be the only easy way in or out of Crimea. With eight million Russians living in Crimea, leaving a reasonable exit corridor is a smart, humanitarian option.

Then we'll see if Russia blows up Putin's prize billion dollar bridge.
