She talked about the price of propane. People that use propane live in the country. She said shes 15 miles outside of town. Town could be 200 people for all we know.
There are parts in most states where theres simply no help available.

It's not that easy to eat dried beans and cornbread. She may be unable to cook, or not have the place.
