I don't think he'll resign. But he would never in a million years publicly talk about any personal weakness or disability or dysfunction or malfunction on his part.

If he were to resign, we would declare he solved everything, the greatest administration ever, and since he fixed everything he has nothing else to do here and is bored so wants to build x y z
