6. F-16 Thunderbird flyover this afternoon about 4:15-ish?

The people who listen to scanners are talking about a flight from Nellis AFB to Wallops Island today. The flight is scheduled to arrivae at Wallops Island at about 4:58 p.m., so that would put them over DC at about 4:15.
