Section 224 of the House Armed Services Committee’s draft of the 2027 NDAA creates a statutory framework for U.S.-Israel defense technology cooperation. It directs the Secretary of Defense to appoint an executive agent responsible for coordinating joint research, development, testing, evaluation, integration, and industrial cooperation between the two countries.
