There is no reason to expect the Iranians to act like suckers. As much as I dislike the Iranian Islamic Republic, I see no reason to believe that America’s enemies are required to be stupid, not know their best interests, not to be competent, or to act stupidly.
And by Gummidgy, they AREN’T following Donnie’s script.
This is NOT a slam on the United States. It IS a slam on the level of “competence” 
found in the Oval Office and among DJT’s minions in the Executive Branch and the groveling and cowardice found in both Houses of Congress..
Watching DJT this year is so horrifying that it’s causing me to think “OMG, even George W. Bush was better at this!”
To any of the purists and politically-apathetic citizens who sat on their backsides in 2024 instead of voting against what we’ve got now:
“This one’s on YOU! YOU helped make it happen!”
