11. Here's why we aren't there yet

The majority of Americans believe in fair taxation, but enough Americans are still convinced that the more white, more male party is "better at handling economics" than the party that's actually better at handling economics. It's the same reason for every stupid war of this century and why keeping poison out of our air/water is damn near impossible. And so on.

The majority of Americans want Democratic priorities, but many still vote for white men motivated by the preservation of white male privilege. The real problem is how do you out-message bias?
