On edit: I notice the tweet in the OP shows an image marked ABC Au. I've searched their site - that image is not in any current news stories on abc.net.au. The image information is:

This is not a PBS image - it's from twitter and pbs stands for "public blob store" (I think). I actually believe that the image in the OP is an old one, before his name went up.
