...is probably targeting this dangerous regime because of its unstable President. Friend and foe alike need to know what he is up to since he is capable of blowing up the whole world in order to secure his place in history as the one who started WWIII. He may relish the infamy as his final act since he knows he can never have the respect of genuine world leaders. He seems to be the kind of man who would rather rule in hell than serve in heaven. Perhaps more serious leaks about the degree of his insanity will be a catalyst to remove him from office before it's too late.
