92. People will leave or just won't go.

Kids will fall asleep and they aren't allowed to bring in coolers this year. People will just not bother. It's notice you can see the fireworks up in yhe sky from somewhere else. Like someace with music and drinks. And if the fireworks aren't starting till 11 or 12, that's way too late. Even in my younger years after watching the fireworks thst started as soon as it got dark I was blazed by the time we were walking back to the car to go home. The heat and humidity takes a lot out of you.

AND EHO GIVES A SHIT RATHER OR NOT HE CAN MAKE A LONG SPEECH IN HOT WEATHER? NOBODY CARES.
