One of my friends came from Finland ..(husbands job here) Her English is ..ahh..fairly good.
She said one day, last week...."Gee..Americans put up like the slaves as they put up with in the 18 hundreds "
"Seems they are stress in a lot of things"
I told her "Honey...You're on the outside....Your words are true" "A lot of Americans are in a bubble"

I think it's gerrymandering and Republican voters that are part crazy, part unthinking "always vote Republican"
