15. The island is public property owned by the Albanian state. How on earth would some sleazy Miami

Yesterday

businessman end up with deeds to a state owned island in the first place? This is pure criminal fraud and the Kuschner's were in on it from the beginning. They just didn't imagine that the Albanian people don't give a f*ck who daddy is. Maybe this is a good lesson for Americans.
