2. I wonder if every client of these capitulating law firms has to sign a "conflict waiver".

Essentially a document that says that, as a firm, we have this list of clients who might represent t a conflict for us as we advocate your case. Here’s how we plan to manage that conflict and your signature confirms you’re aware of the potential conflict and agree with our approach to minimizing its effect on your case.

Certainly, any company that interacts with the government in any legal issue will have a standing conflict at these weakling firms.
