because the courts will probably say those 3 states have no standing due to filing their case in TX instead of their own states/jurisdictions.

I.e., the states that brought the suit were Missouri (which is located under the 8th Circuit), Idaho (which is located under the 9th Circuit), and Kansas (which is located under the 10th Circuit).

Filing anywhere in Texas would have the case under the draconian 5th Circuit Court of Appeals which is majority loon.
