See for example the Southern Ocean which used to be called the Antarctic Ocean.

Yes, a feature of the ocean could be named differently depending on the language, but unless Iran and all the other countries in the Persian Gulf agree to change it and put it up for a vote with the IHO, what Trump says doesn't matter.
