He was admitting that he is in violation of a court order to arrange his return. Of course he can; it's ridiculous that he tried to pretend he is helpless to make that happen. But it's almost comical that Trump reveals himself, to his own detriment, just to make himself sound 'strong' and powerful. His ego is far more important to him than being in legal hot water.
