they have good legal representation. It stops after 30 days in jail so anyone with any kind of money would be out before then,

However me, nope. No money for lawyers and Arkanstan does not really believe in legal aide. And the circuit judge sometimes takes a while to make it around to assign bail. But then again as a renter I do not have anything for the bail. SO I would be stuck there until the circuit judge makes his rounds. Sometimes up to 90 days.
