Well, more specifically, the billionaires behind it. If you haven't seen the recent testimony in Congress of OpenAI Sam Altman and Microsoft's Brad Smith and others.
It is, ultimately, a tool to control and oppress the poor and powerless by the very wealthy and privileged of our society.
