Pardons will be examined. Will be deemed illegal, contrary to common practice, unenforceable, etc etc etc

Charges will be drawn up. Arrests will be made. "Justice will be done." Lawsuits will be filed. Some courts will follow, some courts will resist. SCOTUS will eventually be forced to see the issue. God knows how they will rule.

America will continue to be a clown show on the world stage.

Folks will continue to react emotionally, lose their minds, and the fight will take longer than it should as a result.
