30. This isn't about evidence or guilt regarding Biden.

It has three purposes: to deflect from his own guilt and
the evidence against him,

to stoke the mob and game the courts.

But the primary motive, as it always is for him, is personal.

He really hates that Democrats can make him look stupid,
petty, and ugly... while at the same time able to show his
true guilt and criminality
