16. There is always civil disobedience

They don’t. As a matter of fact they cannot stop you from using the sidewalk. A sidewalk is a public place. They could probably stop you from marching in protest in the street but not on the sidewalk.

Civil Disobedience is likely coming our way

So……… a primer;

It is very important to note civil disobedience is not the same as “breaking the law and try to get away with it. “ A significant part of civil disobedience is to overload and then overwhelm the system. Get as many protestors arrested as possible. Make them take you to jail. Refuse bond. Stay in jail as long as they will have you. No matter how guilty you are, plead not guilty and demand a jury trial. If convicted refuse to pay the fine. Demand the court to execute the jail sentence. When you are released from jail, go do the same thing again. Rinse and repeat. If you choose to be civilly disobedient, make sure you pick a crime that is a misdemeanor and not a felony.
