Yesterday

Epstein was never convicted of child sex trafficking. The DOJ had a 60 count indictment ready to go in 2008 (or thereabouts), but never filed it. Instead, he was arrested on 2 (relatively minor) State prostitution charges.

When he was arrested in 2019, he was charged with sex trafficking but of course he died before he could be prosecuted.

To this date, ony Maxwell has faced any charges for sex trafficking.
